Passporting Assistance Details
1. Rush Passport Scheduling Assistance
- The passport is for Rush Passport Scheduling Only.
- No assistance in DFA site during appointment day.
- If DFA Aseana, passport fees P1,500 will be collected in advance. Nothing to pay anymore in DFA Aseana.
- Payment first is required before processing. No refunds if already confirmed schedule.
- Applicant/s must have to create a new email address for sending documents to DFA and to confirm the schedule by communication. The new Email ad & password must be given to SMB office.
- Make sure to fill up the form correctly and accurately. SMB office will not liable for any wrong info but information can be corrected during appointment day.
- Passport application processing can take up 10 working days for Metro Manila, and 15 days for provincial applicant (exclude weekends and holidays).

Note1: Visa Assistance service fee is around P500-2500 per applicant
Note2. Any Travel Agency can offer hassle free visa assistance since clients
are not required to do personal appearance except for US, Schengen and UK. Some visa can also be acquired without any requirements or supporting documents like; Dubai, Taiwan and China.
Note 3. Do not expect 100% approval rating, It still depends on the consul of each embassy.

1. Email accomplished Questionaire and scanned copy of Passport for Free Assessment ( Applicant will advise the Chances of approval).
2. Pay the Visa assistance fee, email the proof of payment and soft copy of all supporting documents.
3. We will forward the application to Australian Embassy; processing time is up to 15 working days. Once approved, we will send you a copy of your E-Visa.
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:

Philippine Passport with at least 6 months validity (make sure page 3 is signed of)

Picture of previous and valid advanced visa for frequent travelers (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea)

Soft copy of Passport sized colored photo (4.5x3.5cm),must be taken from photo studio and should have white background

Original PSA Birth Certificate should not more than 1 year old

Original PSA Marriage Certificate (If Applicable) should not more than 1 year old

Day to Day Itinerary, Hotel reservation and Airline Ticket reservation-(optional), Add: P500/applicant if you want SMB travel to prepare for you
Financial Requirements:

Original Bank Certificate for a current balance amount of P100k including type of account, opening date, average daily balance

Original Photocopy of latest 3 months Bank Statement (for an average of daily balance of P50k)

ITR (income tax return)-form 2316/1701 for individual or form 1702 for companies

Employed - Original certificate of Employment-indicating applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline phone number & HR email address

Business Owner - Photocopy of DTI-includes Names & Signatories of the Corporation, photocopy of mayor's permit, BIR company registration

Professionals - Photocopy of PRC ID card or IBP card

Students - Original Copy of School Certificate & School ID

Important Notes:
1. For sponsored applicants-proof of sponsorship/connection should be established. Sponsor shall provide financial requirements. SMB will also provide a letter of sponsorship to filled up by the sponsor.
2. Visa approval is at the discretion of the Visa Officers. We cannot guarantee 100% approval.
3. If the travel documents found insufficient, we will return the documents and charge P500/applicant as assessment fee including courier fee. Remaining balance of your payment will be refunded to you.
4. Visa submission is within 3 working days after receipt of complete documents, and if there are no more additonal requirements needed. We strongly suggest in applying at least 1 month prior to Travel Date, because there are times where the visa officer is requesting for additional requirements.
5. For denied application, you can re-apply again after 6 months. No refunds for the Visa Assistance fee.
