Central Luzon is a new addition to this list thanks to easy access from Clark Airport, the fastest growing flight hub in the Philippines. In case you find yourself transiting via Clark, there are plenty of places in Central Luzon that’s worth a stopover.

Clark & Angeles, Pampanga

This former US air base, located in the greater metropolitan area of Angeles City, is developing as a major international and domestic flight hub, and will soon rise as the country’s first smart city. Clark and Angeles City is an excellent jump-off point to explore Pampanga province, a culinary and heritage destination in the Philippines, and other interesting spots nearby including Puning Hot Springs.

The Nagsasa Cove


A Beauty from disaster...

Nagsasa Cove! No words could ever describe this place. It's beautiful, peaceful, loveable, amazing.. name it! It will take you 1hour from Pundaquit San Antonio to arrive in this hidden gem of Zambales thru boat. The scorching heat at big waves are worth it. If you are an adventurer, you will surely love the place. Camping is the no. 1 activity here. you can also hike at the nearest hilltop and be amaze on the wonderful view of the blue sea and white shoreline and the green sometimes golden mountains depends on the month of your visit. Its refreshing at the top and never forget to take a selfie. You could also enjoy swimming with the fishes on its crystal clear water. The sand is a mix of gray and white sand due to lahar debris from years ago. Many locals are also offering tour packages that includes already tent, boat ride, utensils, water and box of ice. Take note, just bring your powerbank because there is no power and signal in this place. This is a place where you could commune with nature, enjoy with friends and family and somehow find yourself as everyone I know is telling me.

P.S. The package also includes Capines Island and the Lighthouse and also Camara Island. Be prepared with the waves it might wet you. Bring a lot of shirts and rashguards and also goggles or snorkeling gear. And if you have time visit the community of aetas at the back.park of the camping site and bring with you your extra foods if theres any.
